​Cancelling Rules and Charges Policy

請假規則​

For face-to-face lessons 面授課程適用

  • If a tutor cannot attend a class, Chaoese Tutoring will endeavor to find a replacement tutor. On the rare occasion that a replacement tutor cannot be found Chaoese Tutoring will offer a full refund or a makeup class depending on client wishes. 

  • If you cancel 12 hours or more before class starts: you won’t be charged.

  • If you cancel between 6-12 hours before class starts: you will be charged half a lesson.

  • If you cancel in under 6 hours prior to class starting: you will be charged an hour lesson. 

  • Deadline will be based on message or e-mail correspondence between tutors and clients.

  • 老師未完成預訂課程，學生可以選擇退款、補課或取消該次課程。

  • 學生在預定課程前12小時請假，無須支付費用。  

  • 學生在預定課程前6-12小時請假，需支付半小時課程費用。

  • 學生在預定課程前6小時內請假，需支付一小時課程費用。

  • 時間依照師生間的e-mail或其他通訊方式上的訊息發送時間為主。

線上課程適用

  • If you cancel 4 hours or more before class starts: you won’t be charged.

  • If you cancel between 4-1 hours before class starts: you will be charged half a lesson.

  • If you cancel in under 1 hour prior to class starting: you will be charged an hour lesson. 

  • Deadline will be based on message or e-mail correspondence between tutors and clients.

  • 老師未完成預訂課程，學生可以選擇退款、補課或取消該次課程。

  • 學生在預定課程前4小時請假，無須支付費用。  

  • 學生在預定課程前4-1小時請假，需支付半小時課程費用。

  • 學生在預定課程前1小時內請假，需支付一小時課程費用。
